| 英文描述 | FOWL CHOLERA is a contagious disease of domesticated and wild birds caused by PASTEURELLA MULTOCIDA. P. GALLINARUM-associated disease has also been described. It is a septicemic disease associated with high morbidity and mortality and can be chronic or benign. In some cases there can be skin lesions. The disease has been reported in most countries. Diagnosis is based on clinical findings, necropsy findings, and isolation of the organism, which can be isolated from the visera of dead birds or from bone marrow, heart blood, liver, meninges or localized lesions. |
